All current reservations will be able to reschedule for a time when it is safe to travel and for us to host your stay.
Due to the emergency circumstances of this natural disaster the best our small family business can do for our guests is offer everyone a full future credit for the amount of their stay. A gift card will be sent to you and available in your Katamah account with no expiry. This way trips can be replanned at your convenience after we are able to reopen.
Due to the immediate danger and state of our country, we expect to be available to issue all future credit gift cards via email with all details on how to rebook with them sometime around November 15th 2025.
